Consumer Switching Survey Launched

The Communications Commission (the Commission) is gathering information through a survey into consumers’ experiences of switching telecommunications provider.
The purpose of this survey is to help the Commission better understand how well the switching process is working in practice and whether there are any barriers to switching.
The survey should take a few minutes to complete and is available on the Consultation Hub at https://consult.gov.im/. It runs until 15th April 2020.

The survey does not ask for any personal data from you and should be completed anonymously.
